Shipping Address & Purchases

The shipping address must match the credit cards address or the purchase will be cancelled.  We will not ship to a PO Box 

Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders of available stock are shipped within 2 business days of placement via the chosen shipment provider. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the provider. 

International Shipping
International orders of available stock are shipped within 2 business days of placement via the chosen shipment provider and should received. Delivery time depends on how efficient your country's customs agents are. We will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the shipment provider. Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility..

Made To Order Items
Can take up to 10 business days to complete.  You will receive confirmation and notification of estimated ship date within 2 business days of placement of order.  This goes for items that are out of stock and need to be made.
